Building a Partnership between National City Bank and IonWays

The Product:
National City Bank offers IonWays customers an unsecured line of credit. There are two standard products available:

(Please note that National City has secured lending products available that may be discussed as an alternative if the customer does not meet the higher qualification standards for the Signature Line of Credit. Examples of our secured products include Home Equity Lines of Credit and Home Equity Loans and may take longer to process).

The Process
IonWays will have customers who are interested in financing with National City fill out a questionnaire. This questionnaire will be forwarded by fax or scanned email to a National City Representative. The National City Representative will contact the customer and complete the application and have a discussion with the customer to see what product is best for that customer. A complete application is then submitted for approval.


The Time Line
Once the application has been submitted, National City will notify the customer within 24 to 48 hours regarding the status of their application. Upon approval, the customer should receive documents to sign within 48 hours. As soon as the closing documents are received by a National City Representative, a check will be issued to the client for any amount specified. If closing is done in person, a check can be given immediately to the client. This check can be a two party check (upon customer approval) payable to both the client and IonWays.
